Maybe Prince won't tour 3121 I think it was a huge personal achievement for him reaching #1 in so many years again. Knowing him, he might just make a point of saying "F-it ya'll...#1 with no tour, no major airplay...I did it my way."

I don't know, if Prince doesn't appear soon, we'll have to assume that he got pissed at Universal somehow and that this is his way of rebelling.
His next album will be an album where he plays the spoons and compares the record labels to the devil. It'll get horrible reviews, and he'll go back to playing in small clubs of just hardcore fans. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

I think people are reading way too much into things
HE IS GONNA TOUR! on tamar's site she said they are getting ready for tv appearances, among other things the tamar shows were to get her in the spotlight since she is the opening act. He will tour, he loves playing live too much!!! "Paisley Park is in your Heart" | |

Maybe he's tired of the album already and has moved on to making a new album. I mean, I'm tired of it myself and ready for his next release... "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."
