After 3121, what kind of album should Prince release?? I'd say, he should try country. Country music sells!! Do you think Prince can do country music?? "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."

I think it is a matter of opinion. I have to admit I didn't care about country music before, but I've grown to appreciate it over the years. "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."

I'd like him to do something ballsy again. Say what you like about TRC, but that album was a departure from the pure pop of the '96-'00 era. That took some guts.
But hey, it's up to him. "Stop giving me your wishlist", right? | |

Something which hasn't been produced into a mush for once, where the "real" instruments (guitars in particular) can be clearly heard instead of layers and layers of keyboards. |

Sounds, a bit out of left field, but I'm a big Woody Allen fan and loved what worked for him with Match Point...filming a movie in Britain instead of New York seemed to inspire him a great deal.

Prince should stop putting effort in creating music that he wants to score with 'commercialy' / puts in on the map again: the records Prince, Diamonds and Pearls, Rave unto the joy fantastic, Musicology and 3121 always sounded to me as obvious attempts to 'please' the major audience: nothing really bad with that, i mean Prince and Diamonds and Pearls (one of the most underrated albums on the org) are examples of him creating enjoyable based on that view.
But Princes efforts fuelled by his views, visions, (female) muse are always more intriguing in my opinion: this can turn out really good and original (Parade, Sign, Lovesexy) or very bad, confused (The Rainbow Children), but at least on these records he sounds free, following his flow, instead of intentionally going for chart succes or critical affirmation. | |

Aftr 3121 ,Prince should release something better , Musicology was a low , 3121 was an improvement , but I still want something much more from him next time around . Check out Chocadelica , updated with Lotusflow3r and MPLSound album lyrics April 2nd 2009 :

Wouldn't suprize me, and would sound just about as good. Actually, I don't think he could pull it off. RIP Prince. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
