Iverson Off The Hook, Mostly

I knew Iverson wouldn't get in any trouble. Just goes to show, if you're rich and play professional sports, you're not gonna get in any real trouble...

The hoopla surrounding Allen Iverson's arrest and 14 charges against him was much ado about very little, or so ruled a judge Monday as he threw out all but two counts against the 76ers' star. All that's left standing against Iverson and his uncle are misdemeanor charges of making terroristic threats, one each against Charles Jones and Hakim Carey.

For fun and entertainment, let's have someone from this site do exactly what Iverson did and see if they get off...

there was nothing there really anyway.they just want to make a Example out of Him.more than Likely this will give the 76er's the Motive to try&trade Him somewhere soon after things cool down.I dig His Heart&Will.the Guy Plays with alot of Heart&Sac Night In&Night Out.if they wanna truly Punish Him send Him to the West.Iverson is Cool to Me but He has to understand that the Media,etc... enjoys Him as a Image but Don't Care about the Brother as a Man.well at Least Versus my Lakers He got a Runner-Up Ring&flag on the Pole.

Oh please! The man's a thug! There's nothing even remotely admirable about him.

thwy wouldn't charged because no Weapon was found&it boils down to Hearsay overall.it has no sticking Point to it whatsoever.I got a Friend who lives near Philly&He told Me that the Media there is making this out like OJ's Case&what not when it truly has no Base.in fact on ESPN a Lawyer in the Philly Area said on day One this Case won't stick at all.He called it over as soon as He was asked.

I admire how hard he plays during games, but I loathe his attitude and the fact that he doesn't think he needs to practice.

I'm not a fan of guns so I was also very disappointed in my man Glenn Robinson for his gun arrest last week.

As a Bucks fan (a huge fan) I honestly don't believe that they will end up moving Glenn. I don't think that they could get what they consider fair market value for him.

Last year the Bucks suffered many injuries and things snowballed so people feel that because of the fact that they didn't make the play-offs that they have to make a change.

I believe that Ernie and George both feel that they can make another strong run (like 2 season's ago) with the squad they have now.

In a weak Eastern Conference a healthy Bucks squad has to be considered a favorite.

Come on we all know that George Karl is trying His Damnest to get back to Carolina&Coach the Tar-Heels? also He has to lay off Sam Cosell&Ray Allen. He has more Talent with the Bucks than he ever had with the Sonics&Yet He isn't getting far with this Team.the Bucks are like the Eastern Conference's Version of the MAV's.All Offense&No Defense.Scott Williams was a far better fit for you Guys than Anthony Mason.I dig Mason but He doesn't fit your Team IMHO.Hamm is a decnt Player as well.I wish Ernie would go back to the Knicks they need a Legit GM again?
