FOR The last time Prince isn't FUNKY he's FINE!!!

it's annoying when i hear people say prince is funky? what? or also with sex sex sex = prince. No no no! prince is far more elevated that. he sets high standards, has more quality and spirituality... don't you wanna see that in him? or what do they mean in that he's funky? i think that's not true and actually sounds off because it's not like prince invented funk music or funk sounds like junk... help! i want to understand.
