"Black Sweat" -No Longer on VH1 Countdown

Why didn't Prince's fans turn out for him on the new vh1 v-spot top 20 countdown?

We can vote as many times for his latest video, by desiging our own countdown at the v-spot. I don't understand how come he's not on the countdown at all!!!
