Am I sure! rolleyes falloff Boy, you are funny as hell.
Hell yes I am sure. Go take some time from the org and go visit some online blogs and message boards and newsgroups. Internet is too huge of a place not to explore.
As for me I visited non-fans message boards and newsgroups like sports-related, rock, and SNL related for a day to see their reaction to SNL. And they were raving about SNL performance. Some of the orgers also did the same thing the day after and the results are similar: They said Prince kicked arse with SNL Fury.
But I still watching Brits on BBC this weekend though because I love to see some Prince peformance.

If you had read my posts on here then you should know my feelings about the Brits performance and I dont think is going to change how I feel after I watch it on BBC. The performance will be the same as when I watched online but the only difference is better viewing.

Freak of the week? Ha I can see that you checked myspace profile.??? smile

yeah, I prefer the Brit performance too.
The SNL was fantastic but he went and spoiled it with B,L & B. The Brits showed Prince at his best on prime time British TV..and you wouldn't have expected to see that a few years ago.

Comparing the performances of 'Fury' is silly because one was complete and the other was part of a medley.

Just caught a rerun, it was great woot! I know you guys made a big as fuck deal out of it but I was still shocked to see Lisa on keys (that was her, right?) - I'd seen pics of Wendy so that wasn't as shocking...

Awesome to see Sheila jump from drum set to drum set lol Is it wrong that in a live setting I like Lets Go Crazy better when he doesn't actually sing the verses? giggle He looked so pretty, Te Amo was nice, thought Fury was better on SNL but whatever - great song live, I have a feeling it'll never disappoint live. Cool shit cool

I thought the SNL performance of "Fury" was cooler, but it was because I had no idea what to expect. And to see him the a Strat..that was pretty cool. I thought the enitre Brits show was great...Prince, Paul Weller, James Blunt...EVERYONE. Their shows are SO much cooler than the award shows here. Even Kelly Clarkson kicked much ass.

falloff

But wasn't it weird that he made no mention of them joining him onstage?? I thought it was. For fans who've followed him his whole career that was a pretty major "regathering" (if that's even a word confused ), he could have had them both solo out & called them out like he did Sheila, but maybe the only significance to him was being backed by all females?? shrug

i dunno maybe cause it was the uk and he felt not enough peeps in the audience would know who they were? lol

it would have been cool to hear lisa do a lil solo and sheila to. sheila was lookin like "purple rain again!? i thought i was finished with this damn song! mad " lol

I'm not a Gorillaz fan so I can only tell U what I know.
It's a group,at first the members never appeared in their clips
and not even on their tour, they wanted 2 stay annonymous.
But it soon was clear the band was formed by former Blur frontman Damon....
(don't know his full name). And U know Blur was so succesfull at the time, fighting with Oasis who's best lol

I think he wanted 2 proove he could make it without his name being on
the cover, something like Prince wanted 2 do with the Camille stuff..

By the way;Flaming Lips'Wayne Coynes said in an interview
he was so inpressed by P's performance, just playing his music
and delivering such a great show.
While he didn't get the Gorillaz show wich must have cost loads of money.
