I know I'm late I just heard 3121 for the first time today and I love the album overall, but one particular track has me floored and that's "The Dance". I've already deemed it one of my favorite songs. The piano sounds a bit like the theme from Casablanca. Does anyone else hear that? "The Word" also reminds me of Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody", but that's a different story.
Anyway, I realize that "The Dance" is a reworked version of an older song (which I haven't heard). Can someone give me the complete history of this song. I'd greatly aappreciate it. | |
