what Universal should do next..... Here is what i feel Universal Records should do with the 3121 project...
a)release"Fury"straight to Rcok Radio using the audio/video of the Saturday Night performance. If this boost more sales Universal should put it as a bonus track as soon as the tour will begin.. b)release"Lolita" straight to Pop/Top 40 Radio with a video featuring either Jessica Alba or Rosario Dawson as the vixen in the video that would be super hot on MTV,BET,VH-1.... c)release"love"straight to R and B radio (maybe a "in concert"type of video) the title track 3121 is more of a hip hop vibe there last night i was using Biggie's "One More Chance "under the groove and it had almost the same beat also used "Who Shot Ya"and also the same beat under the 3121 groove..they should use a remix for 3121 cause its a dope beat... all these releases should be put out at the same time, saturate the market and see where it goes.he has 2 more hits left by then "Insense and Candles"and"The Word"... what do you orgers think?just putting it out there

Sure, it's a GREAT rendition of the studio version. But, don't discount the fact that the studio version is GREAT as well! I think our opinions have been skewed because the live performance was the very first we'd heard of the song. Usually, it's the other way around... Respect the differences of the song, and you'll begin to understand each's place. By saying one is "better" then the other, you then disrespect the relevance of each, and that's not what music should be about. Just my 2 cents. Strike [Edited 4/6/06 10:38am]
