I just turned 24 last month. I've been a fan since I was 5 when Purple Rain came out and Parade was my first Prince album 2 years later when I was 7. Ever since then, I've brought every album and I've seen the man perform live twice and it's been an amazing trip.

became a fan when controversy came out...really got into prince when 1999 dropped...so by the time the rain came down i was kicken back watching all the people flock to prince and by that time i had every album...i stood w/ prince up until around the world but then i went off track (got on a beatles kick and never looked back) so now im back...i have every CD through the times (except for controversy and for you, got those on tape and vinyl)...so i'm excited to hear the prince of the late 80's and 90's for the first time...im 36...im glad i was there when prince was releasing his best stuff in the early 80's

I was born on July 11th 1975, that makes me 27. I knew of Prince ever since "Purple Rain" came out but didn't really like him (my sister did). Got struck while seeing the "Kiss" video for the first time back in 1986.

i am 45 and i have been a fan from day one. i still have his first album that he released and it's in mint condition.as a matter of fact i have all his lp's (that is what albums were called back in the days)that he released.

I just turned 39 and like Enigma7, I fell in love with Prince back in '82. Gawd how time flies!!

Well ~ just turned 54 (OH MY GAWD HOW AM I 54!!!) this month. I got a very late start listening to Prince when a friend and fellow orger introduced this music to me in 1996. It just gets better n better with time and when I am at a concert I feel like I'm 22! So this makes me one of the oldest ~~~ in age only, not in mind
