Help-a-Noob Which collection of rare/unreleased Material 2 buy?

OK, I am a longtime Prince fan but an internet noob sad
Recently branching out has led me to the realization that, although I own tons of P's albums, [Asking for boots snip - luv4u] . Sad for me. Now to correct it; I can't go on like this wink
Besides the obvious ommissions (which will be collected soon, such as For You and upgrades to CD versions, etc) [Asking for boots snip - luv4u]
I have searched ebay and found strangely titled albums, bootlegs I suppose, that I am leary of.
Are they good? Quality?
[Asking for boots snip - luv4u]Thanks in advance, I have included a list of my collection of Prince material to help give all of you an idea of what I have/what I am missing!

Which collections (ebay or other venues) to purchase?

Thanks again!

You know...I just read the rules over and realized this is bordering on "wrong". I am sorry; I didn't mean it to be about bootlegs...
I honestly meant to genuinly fill out my collection.
I see alot of people refer to songs that I have never heard or heard of and just wanted advice on how to be able to enjoy more of Prince's music.
Sorry if I offended anyone in anyway. It is/was seriously unintended.

OK, that's a great start and suggestion.
One thing...are all of the albums under Madhouse's discography Prince's?
Any in particular? All of 'em?
Thanks again!

That is a different Madhouse, they had a couple of minor UK chart hits a few years back with Madonna covers - nothing to do with Prince's Madhouse projects.

Obviously can't say WHERE to get bootlegs, but you have the internet at your fingertips - it shouldn't be too difficult for you.

If you're looking for a comprehensive bootleg set - I suggest tracking down Thunderball's 'The Work' series, which pretty much collected 99% of all widely circulating out-takes at the time it was put together, much of which had already been 'released' by themselves previously on various other bootleg sets.

The Testament/Revelation mp3 set is also just as comprehensive (I forget which came first, but one succeeded the other).

Then there are other fan releases based on 'The Work' idea like 'Work It' and 'Tweakin'' - Again, you have the internet, it shouldn't be too difficult for you to find them yourself.
