I'm having trouble thinking of any song that folks could sing. I can't see Kiss, Let's go Crazy, or many of the regular hits...too falsetto or wierd etc. You could EASILY choose a number that would ending up being too difficult.

Though it would be nice if they allowed the catalog to include non-hits like I could see a very good rendition of Sometimes it snows in April or Adore.

I did wanna hear Mandisa or Paris take one on. Maybe they still will... although I don't think any AI contestant has ever chosen a Prince song.

They do have to get permission for every song they cover. Could be why.
