i just gotta ask this, as it's been floating around in my head all day: since some of us fans can come together for prince-themed dance parties and pre-concert get-togethers and stuff of that nature, then why hasn't anyone come up with a get-together of the nerdiest degree?

i'm surprised that nobody's started up a real-life meeting/consortium of prince geekery (far as i know, anyway). it'd be a cool thing to do, because there's a lotta folks here on the m & m forum who i respect a lot for their personalities and their knowledge of prince's music, be it bootleggage or b-sides or collectable stuff or whatever. it'd be a pretty damned spiffy affair, methinx.
