I don't particularly want anything I have heard of "maxi singles" or bootlegs, BUT When you listed that maxi single, I was like "OH DAMN!", I wonder if there are any on ebay. Didn't Patti LaBelle record a version of this too?
I'm sure I read years ago - on the old Love 4 1 Another site  - a report that Patti had visited Paisley Park and recorded her vocals.
And - again, I'm sure I read this somewhere - that Prince had recorded several versions of this song with different singers. 
Boris???! But I freakin' LOVE Mavis' version.

Deposition is a 3CD bootleg on Moonraker/Thunderball, same label as The Work (which succeeded the 'series' of bootlegs Deposition loosely belongs to). It's about 10 years old. | |

stop tricking people! Stop the violence! There is a 12" remix of Lovesexy, never released... just like the 12" remix of eye no (which a snippet of is available on bootleg)
