Only 6 are given out a year and CBS honors these people with what some call the best awards presentation of the year. The President of the United States Attends the awards as well as many many other high ranking officials and artist. So...even though I slammed his videos (and mind you many others agree with me here) I pointed out the man is worthy of recognition.
