Elvis Costello on Prince (was: Poetry anyone???) just kidding just kidding JUST KIDDING!
seriously way back when Joan Rivers was heavy filling for Johnny Carson, she had Elvis Costello on as a guest. She was asking him what he thought of various artists. When she named Prince, his one word answer was Imposter. Funny thing to me is years later he starts playing Pop Life live then he wanted to record it and Prince refused him. conclusion, Prince watches Johnny vooms [This message was edited Wed Jul 17 22:36:08 PDT 2002 by matt]

good to see you back.
When i saw Elvis back in 1990, he played an almost all acoustic set dressed as the devil(no joke). When he returned for the encore with an electric guitar, he played 2 cover songs: The Beatles 'Revolution' and Prince's 'Sign o the Times'. Guess he changed his mind.

Is that a bottle of purple ketchup in your avatar? I've seen in stores, but I haven't bought any. Does it taste any different from red ketchup?
I just think having a blob of purple stuff on your french fries would be weird

Suby, dear... Elvis Costello and Elvis Presley are two completely different entities. I hope you're aware of that. I hope this was just tying in some sort of Elvis to Elvis deal. BTW, what'd you think of the '68 Come Back leather outfit? I have 2 posters from the event hanging on the wall in my room. -------

Then Elvis went on to record "The Bridge I Burned" as a tribute to Prince... "Now I know, I should have never walked over the bridge I burned Now I know, somehow I don't feel so alone Now I know, I should have never walked over the bridge I burned Now I know, they've burned one sinner and the others are set to follow Now I know" SUPERJOINT RITUAL - http://www.superjointritual.com
