Ok it starts with prince singing to a young, sexy latina, she's dancing and giving him the eye. he thinks better and walks away but she follows him amused, teasing. When he stops to sing another verse, a younger version (he can pull it off) of himself steps out of him and starts coming on to the girl, the version is circa controversy era trenchcoat and all. prince humorously reigns in the younger version of himself, "like man cut it out". As the song progresses this happens several more times with purple rain era and D&P era Prince trying to take over the situation and bang lolita. The conclusion of the video ends up with Today's prince playing with a band of you guessed it, the old princes that emerged during the video at every insturment. When he does the call and response they are the fellas he's shouting at. amusing.

In my version, Prince is indeed cruisin Lolita very hard
and he really does want her.

The street scenes are mixed with in home footage at his
3121 mansion where he is relaxing on the couch with his
wife Mani.

Lolita calls him on the phone and cuz Mani is also in
the room Prince says

"Lolita Ur sweeta but U'll neva make a cheeter outa me"
which he doesn't really mean at all cuz first change he
gets he's in his purple prowler on the way to Lolita
