no 3121 is NOT his house number it is 1235 (I think) he just put 3121 on it to match the album... Maybe Boris Fishpaw will come on this thread to verify the accuracy of what I'm about to say, but I thought I read somewhere that he said Prince's first house he rented in LA was off Mullholland Drive and the address was in fact 3121. Also, this is fun to speculate about what all these songs mean, but why would 3121 (the song at least) be about a bible scripture? He's singing about parties, japanese robes, sandals, champagne, and turn ons. If he really did rent a house with the address of 3121 that would make total sense.
