18 & OVER, ZANNALEE, Empty Room I had the good fortune of seeing these videos recently and the vids all segued together as one storyline involving Prince, some twins, and Mayte.

"empty room" was originally slated for the withdrawn soundtrack of "i'll do anything." Well, that's part of the story. "18 & Over" did, indeed, start life as a remix of "Come", for an EP that never saw the light of day. It was, at one point, slated for the album project that became Chaos & Disorder. A totally different version of "Empty Room" was slated for the I'll Do Anything soundtrack. The version on the video was originally recorded with The Revolution backinthaday, and was dug out of mothballs for the C&D album project. For whatever reason, Prince pulled it from the album. The version of "Zannalee" was an earlier recording that was later replaced on C&D.
