I mean cutting large holes through basement walls etc. But I'm sure Prince agreed to return to its former state and that is why the lawsuit was dropped. I mean he gave Prince a "quit" order and he didn't listen so he had to take it to the next level with the lawsuit. Yes, if you read the full article, the lawsuit was filed in January, but was retracted in February, so I guess they've come to some agreement. The damage that has been done can certainly be rectified, especially with the money Prince has got. But it is strange to file against a tenant while they're still renting, they should have waited until Prince left to see if things were put back the way they were. I mean, painting over some purple paint is no big deal! It's sort of surprising that Prince didn't buy a property outright, especially with the $50 million profit from the 2004 tour, but perhaps there aren't that many properties available to buy that met Prince's requirements, but jeez, that $70,000 a month rent money is totally going down the drain when it could have been invested in a bought house. absolutely...totally wasteful. Also I'm a bit suprised that Boozer can afford such property. These Basketball players are making serious loot...and hes not even a good one [Edited 3/20/06 17:50pm] Dance... Let me see you dance

When you file an eviction while the tenant is still in the property it means that if they do not comply they have to leave the property or be forcibly removed, so I guess they were prepared to put him out. You can still sue for money damages even after the eviction has been executed. Well, there'd be no point in filing an eviction if the tenant had already left the residence! Of course evictions are filed while the tenant is in residence - but this wasn't an eviction order, it was a file for damages which might have led to an eviction if they hadn't come to some arrangement. I was referring to the portion of your post where you stated that it is strange to file against a tenant while they're still renting. I know it's not an eviction order. It's a quit or cure notice and complaint. The thing is, damages aside, once the landlord accepts rent money after serving a 3 day notice his attorney has no choice except to dismiss the action. At that point, P would only need to pay damages to avoid having the landlord re-file the suit on the same issues. Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

he'll then throw a huge thing at the park and charge everyone 31.21 for a ticket. no winners, no contest. Do you know how happy I'd be? i still think that 3121 is a the new deal at dominos. buy 3 medium pizzas get 1 free. buy 2 large pizzas, get 1 free.

The contest rules have stated all along that the location of the party can be changed at the discretion of whoever it is promoting the cd and it can be relocated for whatever reason they want. I'm firmly planted in denial

SOME articles are still saying it's going to be at his mansion in the Twin Cities. Wouldn't THAT be a surprise since it's no longer there?

(if you can afford it..which prince can...buy!!!) That was probably the most surprising thing out of all this (though I may change my mind after I read the whole thing!), I never would have dreamed he was renting! He could afford to buy for cash, then sell the house a year or two later for at least as much as he paid...rather than spening $70K/month for rent. Plus noone would be able to tell him he couldn't decorate and modify as he wished (as long as it was within code). But maybe he just HAD to have this particular house and the "C Booz Multifamily I LLC" wouldn't sell it, so he rented. And what the heck is the MPG? I can't believe it's just a typo, it's all over the legal paperwork! Edit: oh crap, I just realized this is currently the "Featured Document" on smokinggun.com! Interesting how they waited until the day of 3121's release to publish this! Coincidence, maybe, but I doubt it! [Edited 3/20/06 23:28pm] "I would say that Prince's top thirty percent is great. A reason why Prince is renting not buying? Mani - cos Mayte took the last mansion and he knew he wouldn't be staying with number 2 much longer, so she would've ended up with this one if he owned it!

Reportedly she was the owner of the Toronto home...maybe the prenup said that would be what she got if things went sour. Anyway, didn't Prince basically buy the Spanish mansion FOR Mayte? ...Flying even further from his previous condemnations of business formalities, the couple has, according to Toronto's National Post, purchased a $3.5 million mansion in one of the city's richest neighborhoods. Prince's bride has a new home on the Bridle Path. Land registry records uncovered by the newspaper indicate the sprawling, secluded home was bought by a company called Gamillah Holdings, whose president just happens to be Testolini. http://www.eonline.com/Ne...24,00.html "I would say that Prince's top thirty percent is great.
