3121 Is it really a new album.

After listerning to Prince's new album, which to no surprised again I am pleased. I began to wonder if these songs or any of his last 2 albums are really fresh or stuff he wrote decades ago and pulled out of his infamous vault. Then probably alter them here and there to fit the scene we are now living in. What do you all think?
