wal-mart () and target usually sell their cds for fairly cheap.

I only look at Best Buy and Circuit City and they both have it for 9.99

Anyone know if they are in the stores (best buy, walmart) today 3/20?

I was soo desperate, stupid Snow Storm, that I spent triple that. But
I settled on receiving it the 22nd instead.....and that depends,
again, stupid Snow Storm.

Not to split hairs, but so far, the cheeeepest is Target @ $9.96. But Walmart says they will beat any price. But with gas prices, Im going to the closest.

Stopped by Worst Buy in NYC *again* tonight. Not only do they NOT have 3121 out early, they have an promotional tag for Ultimate Prince for $19.99 in the Prince section but no Ultimate Princes anywhere. It's torturous! The clerk said, "Oh it (Ult. P.) comes out tomorrow." I said, "I seriously doubt that...it's been pulled until further notice. 3121 comes out tomorrow--you don't happen to have it in the back do you?" She said, "yes we have thousands but we can't sell them early b/c Prince will sue us and we'll get fined for selling it early." (No joke, that's what she said.)

They had all the major releases except for that one but I asked they guy and he got it for me, which was nice....Wal-Mart sucks in general but that one really sucks....But they had "Ulitmate Prince" out? Do you have a Best Buy around you? Meijer is the best....they match prices but they usually keep track of what other stores charge so they already have the lowest price.

Wow, I just went to my neighborhood Wal-Mart and the music manager told me that Wal-Mart had pulled 3121! He said no Wal-Mart was going to carry it. I asked him if he wasn't referring to the Ultimate Prince, and he said no, he wasn't. He thought "3121" was pulled because of bad language. I told him there weren't any curse words on "3121" but he said no Wal-Mart was going to carry it.

HOWEVER, he was wrong - whew! I called another Wal-Mart and they had it for $13.88. "3121" is prominently displayed on Wal-Mart's music website. So, it looks like one manager here in Houston needs to get his facts straight!

BTW, I went over to Target and bought two copies for $21 with tax.

I can't chance Best Buy anymore. They always sell out of big releases then won't get it back in for another week. Maybe I'll try Target.

I go, "No, I'm talking about the new cd, it does come out today." He says, "It got pushed back. OK?" He said that last bit kinda angrily. I gave him a funny look and walked out. Picked it up at Best Buy for $9.99.
