Kylie Minogue

20 years ago, could Prince have made a successful tramp out of her?

Buttercup

Kylie is a tramp on her own.
She does not need Prince.

Agreed. Not only this but she is also a midget. A small pile of toxic waste that polutes the atmosphere and the air waves with that piss poor excuse for music that her producers put out.

I'd do her.

Try the Non-Prince thread though.

I agree with Buttercup. Just another stripper hooked up to a techno beat. Her 15 minutes will be up very soon.

Kylie Minogue is a sensible and quite uncomplicated Australian girl who has just had a massive commercial impact on both sides of the Atlantic. Not only that, but she has shown herself to be a true survivor: her career was in the doldrums for almost a decade before she rediscovered her form, Madonna-like (with a little help from a small team of'cutting-edge' producers and songwriters - like Cathy Dennis, for example. Even if labelling Cathy Dennis as 'cutting-edge' is something of a contradiction in terms...). Kylie has, in fact, never been as rich and successful in her entire life. So more power to her.

Not only that but, in spite of her being 'a midget', she is in fact perfectly formed and the proud possessor of the best looking rear in popdom. Her curves make Madonna look positively shapeless and frumpy.

That's not to say Kylie is essential as a musical entity because she most definitely is not. She possesses no songwriting skills and her vocal ability is way too limited - on record and onstage. She does, however, get by on great dollops of charisma and that fabulous arse.

And she is a massive Prince fan to boot.

I've just seen her lingere collection and I must say that I find her quite attractive and would not mind finding myself stranded on an island with her... Grrrowl!

Slut, tramp, etc.? I don't know and I don't care... she looks damned good to me.

Kylie is small, true, but she sat on my lap and now I am in love with her for the rest of my life. She is sweet.

Great butt, nice bod, short, limited songwriting skills, & a team of agents & managers? Basically, an older Britney Spears, then, huh?

Call me crazy but I dig her music. Its fun. Who cares if she's not the next Pink Floyd or Prince.

I had a fluke conversation online with a DJ from the Roxy (Peter Rauhofer) and asked him if he would ever mix any Prince stuff. And he said he would love to if Prince would put out something good (lolol). "Spinin' Around", and "Cant Get You Out Of My Head" were pretty cool at the bars/clubs.

Its much better than the flood of korn-look-alikes, breakbeat r&b junk.
