If i could direct a music video off of 3121... "LOVE"
so it starts off with a stretch limo rolling up in front of a club. 2 humungous body guards step out followed by prince dressed like a pimp singing the lyrics the whole time. then 16 gorgeous woman sitting on top of eachother ala battman begins stepout. they roll inside and prince parts the red sea of gorgeous scantily clad ladies (no dudes in the club) and makes his way to his throne at the front of the club, head and shoulders above everyone else and his 2 humungus bodyguards stand watch in front. prince with cane, crown and dressed REAL fly, sings the chorous each time to a different girl who proceeds to shake it. | |

Wow Jack- that description makes me A. Glad you aren't directing B. Glad Batman dropped you into a vat of toxic chemicals. This description sounds like about 10000 videos that are already out there. It doesn't sound horrible, just kinda plain. A video that takes place in a club? No way....  "New Power slide...." |

No way.... darth vader should have finished what he began with your hand! i think prince should do something mainstream like that, the song deserves it. or he could dress up as both batman and the joker and have a dance off between groups of jokers and batmans in the batcave...

what i would do if i could direct a video for the album is
get on the phone to jean baptiste mondino and ask him pray make a video for "The Word" that is reminiscent of the one you did for "I Wish U Heaven"  and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Michel Gondry is the man.
Mondino is just a decent photograph, sure built a nice iconery (the recurrent kids — Boys Of Summer, Open Your Heart, Mia Bocca, etc. ) but all of its stuff looks so dated now. Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind fisnished to convince me, along with Bjork's Human Behaviour and Hyperballad, not to mention Massive Attack's Protection. They still look inventive. The Colors R brighter, the Bond is much tighter
