doesn't mean he's susceptable to leeches or being controlled like
a marionet. it simply means he keeps his ears and eyes opened and
is willing to embrace change more than he used to.

it's only human. and i think that, far more than the change in his
production of music, people are unwilling to accept prince being a
guy who has issues like the rest of us.

As for this thread:

There are JW references on bothe BL&B and The Word. People of the JW faith use that term more than anyone else I've been in contact with. TRC was Prince letting us see him as he was at that point, he got met with a lot of critcism from 'us'. Maybe he doesn't feel he can share that part with us anymore. Who knows?

All I know is my faith has nothing to do with his. I don't care who he's worshipping and how he's worshipping. Ain't gonna help me get into heaven.

I think Bono lives more like a faithful person. Probably Prince gives some of his money to charity, but Bono makes a more proper use of its icon status. At least he tries. It's still more action than words. Madonna, Wacko and Prince used and use religion to preserve their minds sanities and at least one foot on the ground (with mixed results).
