that's why it's called "call and response"...that's the point/heart of it, to be repetitive. It's called a call and response because the person 'calls for' and gets a 'response'. There's no law that says it NEEDS to be blandly repeated 4 times into redundancy as he does here. I just don't hear any real life in it which makes the repetitions worse... and it's been done better previously, imo. | |
