hard to take seriously . Why should anyone be taken 'seriously'? What does that mean? Isn't life all a bit...odd and strange and unknown for anything to be, well, 'serious', however you define it? I don't understand what you mean, man. I mean, I dig some of your posts, but nah, this one means nothing. Who do you take seriously? At face value, you mean? Believeable? Not conceited, a liar? Whose words do you take to heart and live by? Who do you trust? Jesus? Michael Moore? Saul Bellow? Fredrich Neitchze? Britney Spiers? Who, sacred warrior? Who?

Funny you should say that, coz it`s love that reminds me of jacko, espec the opening , reminds me of jam!!! What's the use of money if you ain't gonna break the mold

3121 is his most pop sounding record i think, so the comparisons to jacko are to be expected. Also , why is Neverland "extinct"?? Its still there and will remain there for a very long time.

Dangerously Naive and when that naivety and self-absorption completely took him over he dun lost the plot of course - all the parasites didnt help any in fact they probably caused most of it alls im really sayin is that when you got guys out there who act like they want to be taken seriously who are obviously serious about their own careers but then blow it completely with contradiction after contradiction for whatever reason is that mindful people find it a little hard to take them seriously they become bits of pop fluff for people to laugh at make jokes about sneer at and its all totally self-inflicted it'd b nice if all their 'fans' had the compassion it takes to understand their loopiness but they dont and these guys gotta realise that what they are doing is not about them its supposed to be about music thats just my take on it anyway I appreciate ur candid insight. It's funny you mention that because this was actually the original cover of 3121...
But seriously, I get what you mean and agree wholeheartedly that 3121 sounds very Michaelish. I played the "whose gonna save us when the spiders get next to you etc." bit from "The Word" to a friend and she said, "is this Jacko?" I've always thought Prince gets Michael inspired from time to time (e.g. "Thieves In The Temple" video) [Edited 3/14/06 0:03am]

Yeah, it's quite 'pop' in places which compares with MJ's take on 'pop'. However, MJs done it to death whereas Prince doing it is refreshing to hear. I mean, I like MJ but he's been repeating the same grooves, yelps and human beatbox for a long time now. Neverland is 'extinct' because just the other day the authorities moved in to shut it down, as the employees insurance hasn't been paid: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/h...792028.stm
