That singer Anastacia that ruined the national anthem at the All Star game- do you think she got her name from the Prince song? She is terrible, but that might be cool if she took her name from the song. Like Boys II Men taking their name from the New Edition song.

anyway she is aight... Prince spelled it Anna Stesia Anatasica was originally the name of a russian princess who was rumored to have survived her families demise, after the russian revolution... she probably did not get it from the prince song and if so it a remote reference at the most..

a few Years Back Michael Jackson had Heard Her on that MTV Show that Discovered Un-Signed Talent.He Called Her Directly&wanted Her on His Label but She went straight to Sony. She was on that MTV Show that Lisa Left-EYE Co-Hosted where Music Producers&Artists judge Unknown Talent&She was a Act on there&did quite well.MJ dug Her Skills then as did ELton John but She has fallen off compared to the way She sounded a few short years back IMHO.

Well i only heard of her because of the single and video ONE DAY IN YOUR LIFE she's got rolling here in the States, which is sort of a hit for her. Does she suck, no, she has some talent! This one sucks, like most of the other new female artists. She completely ruined the anthem the other night. How do people get up in front of the world and sing when they have terrible voices. Who told this women she could sing? Probably no one. Someone probably told her she has a flat tummy, so look sexy and no one will care whether she can sing or not. My God, look at Sharkira! That girls voice is worse than this ones and her cd is selling like hot cakes. Why do people waste their hard earned money on crap like that?? I just don't get it.
