I picked up 6 at Best Buy and got a rain check from target for 2.
I'm not looking to make a profit. I have friends who could not find the CD when they searched.

My friends are so lucky to know me.

I went to Target and saw an empty spot with a sign advertising the $9.98 sale. I asked a clerk who really didn't seem to know much, but he checked the rest of the Milwaukee area and couldn't find a Target that had any. He did give me a raincheck though. I also called Best Buy and they gave me the story everyone else is hearing about them being defective or something and had to be sent back. I also tried the Exclusive company and got pretty much the same answer, and by the way he said it, it sounded like I wasn't the first call he got asking for it.
Anyone here have any luck in the Milwaukee area?

I totally forgot to stop at the Best Buy again today! Fuck fuck fuck. I'm sure if they had any they are long gone by now. If any of you luckies that bought extras want to part with one for fair market value (ie. $20-$30 US) & some cd-r's of live recordings, pm me. batting eyes

the best buy near me only got in 8 copies..i took 7 and left one.. smile

..1 is mine, the other is a friend's and the rest will be going on ebay..

elvis5555	oh my god, well i work in retail, i held the cd in my hands, but didnt wanna risk getting fired. we received a note from headquarters saying it was pulled because of legal issues. oh well. i was looking forward to all the extended versions of like "pop life", but thats life. i cant wait for 3121, i saw the album cover, hhmm love markus

I checked for it in Minneapolis today. I asked a Best Buy clerk if they had it. He checked the computer and said "no." He then thought it was because of the snow storm. After he checked his computer he told me that there were some in Fargo. So I called the Fargo store and asked if he could send a couple copies my way. This clerk said that he had to pull them this morning for legal reasons.

It better come out sometime!

origmnd	How sick is this.... Tower in NYC has ALL Prince cds removed from the racks. There is no Prince section... But they have big pics for 3121.
