Prince never posed like this

3121 as much as I like it, George Clinton should have been called in to do the vocals.

Never thought Prince would dig so much into someone else's style. I know he has influences, but 3121 is the equivilent of Harry Connick writing his own music.

Good song, don't get me wrong.

It opens with a P-funk song, closes with a James Brown tune, and is filled out with a Cher song and a Britney Spears outtake. Too bad he couldn't find room for a few Prince songs other than the demo for Fury.
No hard feelings.

Agree. To me this album is right up there with Graffiti Bridge. And that isn't saying much. It has good tunes, but sorry its not what Fury was leading us to believe was going to give us. Maybe even better that GB, but somewhere between that and anything better.

Oh, c'mon "3121" is no more a George Clinton song than "Play In The Sunshine", "Wedding Feast" or "Push It Up!"
