3121'S EMANCIPATION So now that sum of us have heard 3121 in it's entirety... don't a few of the tracks almost sound like really good EMANCIPATION outtakes?
I.E "LOVE" & "THE WORD" LOVE.. to me almost sounds like a 1-800-new funk track minus NONA! [Edited 3/8/06 20:29pm] | |

yeah, i guess the first four beats of "Love" sound like the first four beats of "The Human Body" ??
I don't know... Emancipation has so many things on it, it doesn't really have an overall theme, outside of his love for Mayte and the spiritual vibe he was experiencing at the time -- plus, he was very approachable to his fans. 3121 has been hard for me to define -- a lot of it sounds like an early '80s Prince album, but other songs not so much. no matter -- i'm liking it ALL | |

PRINCE is all over the place..so it jus sounds like a bunch of beautiful outtakes... Is he finally listenin' 2 what we may want 2 hear??? | |
