I know quite a few guys like this. Maybe it's just the crowd I hang out with (queer and queer friendly) but it seems that it's somehow more acceptable for a straight guy to admit he'd like to do the deed with Prince (or for that matter, Johnny Depp) than it is to admit to it regarding most other people. Why? I don't know. Probably because he is so pretty and small. Maybe they see it as "less" gay because Prince (or Johnny) isn't some hairy, smelly bear. lol

Is this guy gay? I don't know. Not knowing anything about him more than that post I can't say. He might be gay and in denial, he might be some variation of bi and not have realized it, and yes -he might even just be a (mostly) straight guy that thinks Prince is cute enough to bust a nut over. He wouldn't be the only one. shrug "Don't look him in the eyes!"

I'd keep my mind open about whatever this guy is, especially taking into consideration my own attraction to the lil guy. I'm a bi female with pretty varying tastes as to what's attractive, but the reason I think Prince is cute is that even though he's definitely male (as the infamous camel toe shots attest to giggle ) he has characteristics of a man and of a woman in terms of his appearance and mannerisms. Wasn't it Miles who said, "Prince is the pimp and the bitch all in one." ?

When I first saw P live (which wasn't till '92 - I lived in Australia!), the penny dropped: P is neither effeminate nor gay acting. What he does is coopts seductive behavior normally used by or associated with women and the feminine and uses it in a heterosexual context. This shouldn't have been a new realization, what with "Do me, Baby", "Head", "Jack U Off", and "IIWYG", but it was saying it that made me realize. He doesn't move like a woman, but his attitude seems to say "F*** me", whereas macho image normally radiates "I want to f*** you", or even "Make me want to f*** you". He constantly prostrates himself before the woman, and offers his body actively, displaying his sexuality and not his machismo.
It occurred to me that this is both what gives him such success with beautiful women (you get the feeling that he puts the emphasis on pleasuring them and not vice versa, cf. Alphabet Street and The Continental). But it also is robably what's so threatening to lots of men, especially more "masculine" or macho ones. He fucks with their sexuality, and he uses an attitude that they have been programmed to be attracted to, but by women not by men. I myself don't necessarily find the whole "striptease" thing super attractive by women either, so I guess I never found it threatening from p (not to say it NEVER turns me on by women, or P for that matter!). I think if P was clearly gay, like say Boy George, it would be less of a threat to their masculinity...

Honestly I consider myself straight. I've never had sex with anyone except women. I am attracted to Prince because he looks like a beautiful woman to me, maybe the ideal woman. Would I have sex with him? I don't know, but I do masturbate to him.

eek His "ideal woman" has facial hair and one helluva hairy chest!

Honestly maybe isn't gay or bi....lots have people have sexual fantasies that are hard to explain or go against societies explinations. I mean I'm a woman and I've masturbated to lesbian porn,I've been with girls..but honestly I don't really think I'm even bi really...I could never have a romantic relationship with a woman....maybe it's all about the taboo of it all. I mean Prince is a very sexy person maybe the guy is just turned on by Prince's way of expressing his sexuality.

Okay I can understand you getting aroused to watching lesbian porn (fantasying about forbidden/taboo stuff can get you aroused sometimes), but if you've acutally physically been a with another chick, that would make you bisexual.

Im a heterosexual guy, and honestly, Ive masterbated to tranny porn before (cant lie, some of them he-bitches look fine ass sometimes), but I know for damn sure I would NEVER really wanna have sex with a tranny (whom is really a man), and Im not even curious on about what it would be like to do it either. So I just like to get off to taboo fantasies.

In fewer words: Prince is a big ol' genderfuck. wink

What you said is pretty much what I meant, but I think you worded it better than I did. When I call Prince feminine I don't mean in the sense of an effeminate gay man, I really do mean feminine -like a woman in some aspects. Whether it comes natural or it's an act is irrelevent. Regardless of a person's sexual orientation, it takes some serious balls to behave like that, and to pull it off so smoothly you can get away with it.
The fact that Prince does it, and does it so well, does make certain people re-think their sexuality; what it means to be gay, straight, or bi -what it means to like men, women, or both. This thread is evidence of that.

I happen to find it extremely attractive that Prince can genderfuck as well as he does, and that he's got the shit to pull it off so well. horny

Hmm, interesting...

Well I guess it's more of he can have his cake and eat it too type of situation. I mean he gets to be with another girl...but I wouldn't say it's cheating because his girlfriend is right there and is giving permission. But obviously he wouldn't be in love with the other girl or anything...his girlfriend would be the number 1. So no cheating wouldn't be the right word. Lucky guy would be more accurate!

Absolutely - lucky guy!!!...I don't think too many guys would give that opportunity up. However, I still think if a guy wants to get it on with another girl, they get their partner involved so they can justify their actions. (Guilt free!) Tell me, what's in it for the girl?

Well I think what's in it for the girl is just making her man happy. That would be important to me.

But you know, lots of men would like to try this but I talk to alot of men and you wouldn't belive how many of them want to see a guy do their girl. Not get involved or anything but SOOO many men want to watch another guy have sex with their woman. I was kinda shocked after I heard this over and over. I guess lots of guys don't want to admit to it because they are scared to be looked at weird and because two girls are so chic now they want to follow the pack...although most men would love two girls there is also alot of other fantasies that men have that they are scared to talk about.

Totally agree. Love the way you think K smile And yep, totally agree about guys wanting to see their woman be with another guy as well. I think it's a combination of the "taboo factor" (much like sex in public places, etc)and the fact that it could obviously be a turn on to see your partner in a way you hadn't before...

I'm the original poster of this topic and hadn't checked it in over a week. I must say that meow85's post was brililant. I heartily agree and partly explains whey Prince was so sexually attractive to straight men in the 80s and early 90s and, apparently, to the guy about whom I originally posted (the guy who masturbates to Prince). Prince is the perfect combination of the feminine in form (except for the chest hair and mustache) and the masculine in attitude yet having a feminine vulnerability that draws one to wish to protect and caress him, and yes, even fuck him.

Well, thanks. smile

I think human sexuality is too complicated to really label most people definitively, anyway. Whatever this guy is and wants to be called is really up to him.

I do find it interesting just how many guys I've come across who are otherwise only attracted into women that wouldn't hesitate to fool around with Prince had they the opportunity. Things like that make me want to look into a career as a sex researcher; to find out the hows and whys of human sexual behaviour. Because pretty as he is, Prince is still male and an otherwise hetero man being attracted to him is nothing short of interesting.
