I sure miss the AHdio Show downloads, and wish there was a least one more 2 balance out the 11 he already gave us. U can't have a full volume without 12, imo!!!

Anyway...number 8 is the best of these AHdio Show downloads...I play it all the time. Here's the "track" list: (it's all on one track, anyhoo!)

6. 7 (almost like an "unplugged" version, very acoustic, originally from the Symbol Album)
7. Space (another remix, from Come)
8. Still Would Stand All Time (from Graffiti Bridge, very soulful gospel! My fave on this disc)
9. In2 The Light (from Chaos & Disorder)
10. I Will (from Chaos & Disorder)
11. The Holy River (sounds like a different version than the one originally on the Emancipation disc)

Don't get me wrong, there's something good on all the eleven AHdio Show discs, 2 me, this one just stands out.

did anyone else notice that this is the Ahdio show they were playing in the Paisley Museum during the celebration this year? At least they were on the days I was in there.

I would dig havin #8 in my collection...

i might be in the minority, but I loved the Prince megamix (human body, high, etc)... was it in December?

This is my favorite ahdio show too, although I have only heard 4 of the 11.

by far the best Ahdio experience of year 1. It's amazing that one man created all these superior straight to the heart songs.

Just 4 "Still Would Stand All Time" alone, this disc blows away all the others.

He sings it in his best tenor, with a soulful, church choir gospel sound not heard in a long time...Lord, have mercy! It's the highlight of the disc.

In the middle of the song, I can't help but raise my hands and shout out, "Thank U, Jesus!"...reminds me of when I went 2 New Light Baptist church, mmm, mmm, mmm.

i'm sorry but this was the show that made me decide not 2 renew my membership.all these songs we already have.the only gem was tucked in the middle(perlz).am i the only 1 who was pissed at rehashed material???i thought the first ahdio show #1 was cool.alot of new material and trax from other artist with jokes(a nasty 1 4 carmen electra) from prince included.

True, we had 'em b4, but a hand picked blend of music; picked from the man himself (on one continuous track), mmm, better than any compilation I've tried.

I think this is far and away my favorite Ahdio show, it's completely the most "Princey." Half of these songs I'd always include on mixed tapes that I made showcasing his "spritual side."

For pure fun quotient, tho, the Ahdio show (is it 11) that Starboy126 mentioned is the winner hands down. I love blasting that one as I'm getting ready for the clubs!

This Ahdio Show is really special, because a few years prior, I made a tape with virtually the EXACT same tracklist to take with me on a mission trip to Mexico. It's a great, uplifting listen.

I think Jan. was number 11, cuz we didn't get one in Feb, year 2 of the club...of course, I could be wrong

Even though it was "rehash", this compilation is special in part because it was a response of sorts to the madness that had just occurred on 9/11. This is my favorite Ahdio show by far, rehash or not.
