Sister is perversely creepy. Agree with many of the other choices. I find Lady Cab Driver a bit creepy in an angry way. I find "Good Love" to be Prince's uncreepiest song, along with Paisley Park.

Paisley Park uncreepy? I think the music is quite creepy actually. And even the lyrics are not that cheery:

Ask where they're going
They'll tell U nowhere

There is a woman who sits
All alone by the pier

He died without knowing forgiveness

And now she is sad, so sad

See the man cry as the city
Condemns where he lives

Now imagine that the people he's talking about - are actually ghosts! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!

GHOSTS ROCK!!!!
Where can I get this "There are others here with us song".
But spooky music, Annastesia is pretty creepy, about a ghostly visitation of Rasputin there "Gregory looks just like a ghost", When 2 R in Love is spooky and baroque, I love it, also condition of the heart, paosley park, and If I was your girlfriend, Solo and Papa are quite dark too and the whole of Chaos and Disorder except Zannalee and Dinner with Delores.

The spookiest are God and Curious child, sounds a ghost orchestra in an abandoned 1700s southern mansion. Perhaps the curious child was a watching child ghost.

I'd have to say that "God" is pretty bone-shakin'.
I could imagine Prince standing on his head trying to squeeze some of those noises out!

"Pheromone" is also a bit whacked out, but I really like it. I'll lump that with "Violet The Organ Grinder."

There's alot of strange stuff, but nothing from Prince ever creeped me out except "There's Others Here With Us."
That little ditty gave me shivers.

I was 12, when I bought "Controversy". I'm alone in the house listening to Annie Christian. I felt like someone was in the room with and it made the little hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. I had to turn it off. I didn't listen to that album for another 10 years. Actually most of that album creeped me out....but he redeemed himself with 1999.

Other creepy songs (but great): Something in the Water, Lady Cabdriver, Papa, Solo, Darling Niki, Automatic.

Solo (which I really like) and believe it or not, I find "What do you want me to do" do be kind of....unnerving. I have a warped theory on why, which I won't get into here, but I think it's a little creey.

Definitely The question of U,especially the live version from the Japan Nude tour.It has a discordant sound and otherworldly quality that is mesmerising.

I always thought the opening airy synth chords played on Love or Money were creepy. You know that minor change in the middle of it? Creepy.

I just realised Prince went through a creepy phase himself, the Black Album and Spooky Electric, he put out some dark stuff like Bob george. And whats with those c. 1820-1830 Byronesque outfits he was into around 1984.

is sometimes wishing that Prince would return to the period of Camille - Bob George - Spooky Electric.

Alltough a Prince fan i dont consider him a great lyricist, some of his lyrics are even total crap or annoyingly toecurling. Especially the lyrics from the camille-songs showed a depth i have never seen him reach before or after...
