There's an auction going on right now at Sotheby's eBay auction for Prince hand written track list (in pencil) for the original unreleased Rave Unto The Joy Fantastic album!

It has pictures showing the details. It's framed with a Graffiti Bridge era promo photo, starting bid, $500+!

Did anyone see the book they had for auction a while back from when Prince was on the Muppets tonight? I don't remember how much it went for, but I remember there were scans of what he wrote in it, I saved them somewhere on my computer.

Both my husband and I agree it's a fraud. A web news site recently published an article regarding such fraud regarding memorablia.

His writing is kind of erratic, mixing caps and lowercase and printing with handwriting. Plus little illustrations decorating certain words.

Some of his drawings have that scratchy look like the Gett Off single and 1999 cover art which he drew.

But then again, it could be that someone copied a previous list via pencil to make it look real. I think I saw the same list in an issue of Uptown. I may look it up. My collection is kind of a mess.

It would be interesting to hear the story behind it if the auctioneer or seller has one for the item.

Whos heard "Am I Without U?" ? I know I haven't, maybe maybe its a song that's still in the Vault? lol.

If you check the seller's other auctions for the Rave handwritten track auction, you're in for a treat. He's got alot of other great Prince stuff. Plus some other historical pop culture stuff.
