At our wedding last April we we introduced to the beginning of Let's Go Crazy. The DJ perfectly inserted the wedding parties names as everyone walked in and looped the whole thing so it was a little longer. It was awesome. And during dinner he put on Purple Rain and my lovely new wife and I got up in the middle of dinner and danced. Probably my favorite moment of the night.

We also had some of One Night Alone playing during the cocktail hour and a lot of people asked what it was...in a good way.

Our wedding song was Knocks Me Off My Feet by Stevie Wonder.

Andreas Vollenweider - Behind The Gardens as the intro music (this is what was used prior to the Lovesexy shows) and used the lyrics from for you as part of the vows. All of this and more is for you, with love, sincerity and deepest care my life with you I share.
In the distance a light shines and I know it is mine. Someday I will touch it because it calls me. It says cross the line, cross the line. I know everything is not always what it seems, so I pinch myself daily just in case it's a dream

I tried to not laugh out loud when suddenly in the silence of the ceremony Prince started to sing "You don't have to be beautiful to turn me on.
I just want your body baby from dusk till dawn" eek
I guess that happens when people whose first language is not English don't listen to the lyrics of songs wink

I guess that would be a good "First Dance" song but "FIML" seems to fit better as the overall theme of the ceremony.
