It seams that 3121 has restored the faith in many fans who were losing heart with Prince.

My question is, if Prince has been recently releasing mostly second rate music compared to his older stuff (according to general opinion), why did he choose to pull his socks up for 3121 after all this time??

Why pull his socks up? Well, contrary to popular myth (I think), Prince actually enjoys being popular.

It seems like no coincidence that the success of the Musicology Tour has led to this album, in much the same way the D&P led to O)> and how he got all het up over the millenium thang.

3121 is going to be a hit for one reason adn one reason only: The music industry has decided that it's Prince's turn.
