found this for you...
Pepe Willie, husband of Prince's cousin, was an influential presence in Prince's early career. Willie acted as mentor and manager, along with Husney, for Prince in the Grand Central days, and employed Prince in the studio for his own recordings. In 1977, Willie formed 94 East, a band with Marcy Ingvoldstad and Kristie Lazenberry. Willie enlisted the talents of Prince and Andre Cymone as session musicians for their studio recordings, and in 1986 released the re-recorded tracks (except for Prince and Cymone's parts) from 1975–1977 as Minneapolis Genius. In 1995, the original recordings with Prince and Cymone were released by Willie as 94 East featuring Prince, Symbolic Beginning.
additional info: (you probably already know)
94 East featuring 10:15 & Fortune Teller Remix with Prince on Guitar
The two featured songs, 10:15 and Fortune Teller, were originally recorded in 1977 at Sound 80 Recording Studios in Minneapolis, MN, for 94 East's single release on Polydor Records. Unfortunately, they were never released. Prince recorded the guitar tracks you hear on these two songs. The books that have been published about Prince since those original recordings all discuss 10:15 and Fortune Teller, but no one's heard them - until now. These two songs have been remixed on this CD for today's listeners.
The inclusion of 10:15 and Fortune Teller on this new CD from 94 East serves two purposes: to give you a chance to hear two never-released tracks by 94 East with Prince as a teenager, and more importantly, to open the door and lead you to 94 East's newest material. This is the CD that 94 East has always wanted to do.
guitar not defeated or brought down by drugs...not brought down by personal tragedies...a true prince...a man of musical royality...
