ever been to a Prince concert?


I am one of the unpriviledged, sadly. When I first heard he was doing a tour for Musicology I had planned to go, but then the Purple Brat decided Canada only needed like 3 shows, all of them WAY on the other side of the country.


I'm still cranky.

I know what you mean He never bothered to travel Canada to do Musicology.

But on a happier note, he did tour Canada during ONA which I went to when he came to my city.

It's wierd, but I've managed to see almost everyone else I like... Prince has been too obscure. Wherever I am, he is not!

Yeah, I'm still a Prince live concert virgin, but if he comes over to the UK any time soon that cherry's gonna be popped!!!

all of yall's day will come soon enough...don't worry, before i saw 'im i always thought that i'd never get to see 'im live because he's never played in my hometown and i couldn't afford to go all the way to ames or cedar rapids (the two cities in iowa he's always performed in).

Oh yes he did! I saw him in Toronto at the Air Canada Center on the Musicology tour! It was fantastic!

Me-much to my chagrin. I will not be complete until I've experienced him live. I feel almost convinced that he will tour the UK this year and have started putting money aside for it,such is my refusal to believe that he'll miss us out again. Hopefully once I've seen him I can die inb peace.

I know. My father would NEVER let me go to a Prince concert in the ninties even though I begged, begged and pleaded. Which sux cuz I loved that Prince era. I loved his concerts at the time because they were kinda like theater....with excellent choreography, the Mayte princess storyline, the upbeat, dancey songs the grandness of them all.

And the Musicology show...well...let's just say my friends can't stand Prince so no one would go with me....

But that is all changing on SATURDAY! Yay I'll finnaly get to see Prince as a real person and not just a man I have been drooling over in photographs and videos for so many years!
