would they have to clear the voice rights also from Jack, Michael, and Kim to use the songs? I think Jack may also be a reason they weren't used. I believe he gets 60% of all things Joker, which has to suck for WB since they are using Joker in the next Batman film. If the actor who plays him gets 10 million, Jack gets 6 Mill.
