Much Music w/o heels!

Just downloaded the Much Music performance from the Musicology tour, and noticed a very odd thing - PRINCE WAS NOT WEARING HEELS! I have seen a pic of him on stage during that tour where he had tennies on. I wonder why that was. I do know that this particular performance of DMSR was WAAAAAY FON-KAY! And on top, he let everyone surround him and make it look like a big ol' party!!!

I did also notice that he was dancing differently. I don't know if it was because of the sportsuit effect that he seemed to be going for, or if he needed to not wear heels for a bit, and he seemed to have fun, but he also looked a bit lost. Like when he would do some footwork, he could tread as smoothly. But yes, an awesome performance.

And just as an aside, if it doesn't happen, I'm cool, but maybe, just maybe, Prince will bring splits back for this year's 3121 tour?
