Is this album full of instrumentals???? never heard the tracks Coppenhagen, osaka, tokyo, nagoya.

I'm pretty sure it has 5 tracks, 4 of which are instrumental. The one's you listed make up the "C-NOT" and the "E" is "empty room" - a live rendition. They're all pretty decent - somethin you'd listen to while u're reading a book in the rain or something - nothing earthshattering for sure.
