can someone please explain the sense in releasing BLACK SWEAT (the first single in the uk from the album) one week after the album is released....i dont see the sense in this at all???

However, I want the album on the 20th not the single.

Singles aren't the tool they once were to sell albums. nowadays they get played to death if they make radio playlists. I don't listen to UK music radio myself so don't know if this is the case with Black Sweat. I'd hope the video is making it onto TV, because it isn't bad at all.

The kind of singles Prince is putting out at the moment (one track) are not going to be attractive to casual buyers anyway.

He's had some good exposure in the UK recently, if the vid is shown on TV a fair few times, that might well be enough to ensure a 'hit' if that's what you're after.

i hope the 3121 album has more than one track on it.
