Does anyone here know anything about the line 'Gregory looks just like a ghost' (hope I got that right),what or who is he referring to?

It's been speculated before that it's a reference to Greg Brooks (one of his bodyguards/dancers) who was with Prince the night of the infamous E trip. I guess unless Prince himself explains it, then we'll never really know...

Thanks for that bit of info toejam,that sounds feasible. Every time I hear it though I can't help thinking of the baby that Prince and Mayte lost because I read that he was named as Boy Gregory on the death certificate but I know that Ana stesia was written long before that happened so it's just a coincidence.

Ok, I love Lovesexy. My favourite of all his albums. It's just.... I find it so hard to believe he's so flippant and inconsequential so as to have had a "dark night of the soul" or whatever and be inspired by a insipid poet telling him he'd be better off if he smiled, etc... actually I LOVE all that... I'm such a hopeless romantic.

That stuff about the Greek... that's all true.
