Uhm...
So, it was like 5:40 AM when I saw that first clip and I had to SKIP through it at first, cuz I had to go to work...

Then I saw the entire show again this afternoon... I so love this performance. Sure it is hella commercial, aiming at the "Isn't Prince that Purple Rain-dude?"-audience, but still....

To see Wendy open those two songs... I got a little emotional, sod that I am. It was GREAT to see her prance around the stage.

I also loved to see that the Brit Awards camera's were better spread out across the entire stage than the SNL camera's. I don't remember long shots on any of the other musicicans during that performance. But here we got a nice close up of most band memebers.

And you know, I only realised that was LISA on the left this afternoon! I never thought I would see them on stage together, but Prince checking out the Largo shows made me hopeful.

I hope they will get together and doodle some in the studio too... is that what they have been doing in that recording studio in London?

Uhmmmm. Maybe it is time for Prince and Doyle to do some guitar battling now? Hehehe.
