I was wondering if anyone here have any conncetion to paisley park? Because I want to know how can I be an personal assistant to Prince?

I ask someone on allexperts.com about being a personal assistant, They said I will need training/ experince in that field.

Plus I would need a personal referal to get my self started/ and professonal are the one that get hired for that position .

But once I am done doing my medical office skill class and work in that field for couple of years than I will do personal assitant.

I feel since I come from a perfoming arts school background, Plus I like to sing, dance, and act a little bit I still feel I can do it .

being a personal assistant has nothing to do with having a musical background. you have to be VERY organized, able to remember every statement every told to you by your boss, juggle 20 things at once, switch gears for an hour or so to juggle another 20, then switch back to the previous 20, never having lost your stride.

Have you ever worked as an assistant to someone? Are you seeking to be P's assistant because you are a great fan, or because this is your field, and you are good at what you do? If it isn't your field of expertise, and it is not something you have done before, it isn't easy. It really does take the right person to be able to work such a position. I am not saying that you aren't that kind of person, just that it truly isn't a job just anyone can do. Expecially for someone as picky as Prince (from what I gather).

Being an assistant can also be a rather degrading job. When something doesn't go right, it is your fault, whether it truly is nor not. If things are not exactly as they are supposed to be, expect to take serious heat. In addition to the qualities above, you have to be the kind of person that does not wear their heart on their sleeve. You have to be able to let snide comments, fits of rage, etc. from your boss just roll off of your shoulder.
