Competition on March 21st? I know that we've all known about 3121 dropping on March 21st. But has anybody read or heard anything else that's coming out on the same day that might be some competition for P?
The only album I've read about was Mobb Deep in this month's Rolling Stone issue. Knowing G-Unit, they'll probably have 50 Cent all over their single and have their drones go out and pose a threat for the #1 spot. Heard anything else? Ooh, little darlin' if you're

Well, after doing some diggin', looks like he'll be up against LL Cool J and newcomer Teddy Geiger, as well.
Think they'll effect anything? LL's last album got topped by Jill Scott opening week and Terry's vid is already on TRL. Ooh, little darlin' if you're

Hmm....Mobb Deep's album will be interesting, but nothing spectacular. And it's pretty much a guarantee that 50 will be on the first single, but I don't think that many people care about 50 anymore.
LL Cool J's album will do averagely unless he brings out a KILLER single. And judging from the tune he just did with Juelz Santana, he ain't feelin too inspired. "Black Sweat" is an absolute MONSTER of a single, and I think P has a good chance of the number 1 spot, Universal just need to start promoting the hell out of it. SNL got good ratings, Black Sweat is increasing in spins by the day, there's the Brit Award performance tomorrow which will certainly make sure the British Audience buys 3121 by the shedload. |

Shouldn't Universal be promoting it more than they are? Is the whole "Purple ticket" thing really real? They haven't come out with anything here in the states to confirm this. What the fuck are the doing? I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
