Too Old 2B waiting around for last minute aftershows? Prince , dude, we all love ya to bits here in the UK, but dude PLEASE quit on leaving us hanging on to the last minute to announce an aftershow!. A lot of here are now married with kids and jobs. I thought you had some sympathy for us!. If there's to be an aftershow, sell the tix at the music club, 1st come first served backed with photo ID to get in.
I can't be arsed waiting for an announcement and shooting from Manchester to London on a whim. Anyone else agree?. p.s. I really hope you blow em' away at the Brits, bring on Fury! | |

It's called being prepared for it. Make arrangements so you have that time to go to an aftershow. Prince is not going to organize his schedule around anyone's life.

Hes not announcing? Even when he announces, it can be quite await. I almost passed out when he played NYC for the Rainbow tour. I drove from boston to NY, waited in line for 4 hours, got in, stood up the whole show then waited for 3 hours at the aftershow, and then stood the whole show. I stood up for over 14 hours straight, but I think it might have been worth it! ______________________________________________

Fo' real, though. I was on standby in NYC the night of the SNL performance. I was so hoping that something would happen. Nobody on the org knew anything, or seemed particularly interested, for that matter. 
Needless to say, he did NOT perform. I missed the good ole days.. damn! Come here, babe.. yeah... | |

there is no way to prepare for the insane afershows.... however, i would do it...i still have yet to see a prince aftershow..he never does them in SF area anymore...I came close at Badu's Clearwater.....But then he cancelled his supposed performance. oh well.... but seriously, i may be getting too old to be trying....one day soon... Space for sale... | |
