I've just wasted £2 on the new joints at npg and they won't download!!!!
I've turned off my firewall, my pop up blocker tryed the sample file (it works) and it STILL won't play ARGGGGGHHHHH

hey don't sweat it! the files are SHITTY quality anyway! they're claiming to be 192kbps quality when they're only about 128kbps.... compressed to buggery... in other words... you and me both wasted money, the album will be out soon enough!

I've given up on downloading music from NPG. I've done everything suggested and even researched the problem on my own, and nothing works. It is simply impossible for me to download anything from them. I figure my $25 will just go towards getting pre-sale concert tickets, and I will just download new stuff from "other sources."

Don't worry, I have been experiencing exactly the same problems as you this weekend. They shall works this out soon I think. Strange think is they responded to me that they had checked and had no problems with downloading. I can see there is more "problematic" members than just me and they will fix it as soon as possible.

I had to update Windows Media Player 10 to get the files to work.

Try that, maybe?

like i said before, what's the point of paying for songs twice when they will be out next month on the album?

The problem is not with geting the files to work but getting the files at all. We just cannot download them and the error message says "cannot connect to server"...

I dont even get on NPGMC anymore, it freezes up my computer, this is the second computer it freezes
