According to Wikipedia The album version of Black Sweat might be longer and have explicit lyrics. Also that there will be a clean and explicit version of 3221. You have to keep in mind that anyone can add or take away anything on Wikipedia.

My guess is "clean" merely refers to the lenght of the track, meaning that the song is not long enough to make you all sweaty and dirty just yet. The album version will simply be the full version, not really 'dirty'. I don't thinkm we'll ever hear him say 'ass' at all.
