Prince Is Cool No Matter What People Say! Even when Prince was x-rated and commercial he was cool, and even now that he is a Jehovah's Witness and non-commercial, he is still cool.
Look at his longevity. Look at his fanbase. Look at the music he puts out. How many artists do it all? The man is blues, jazz, classical, country, dance, funk, alternative...he can do it all! He is always challenging ideas. Whether it be music, clothing, etc. Most celebrities like to go for the norm, but I am glad that Prince is against all of it. This really shouldn't even be an issue. Of course the man is cool. There is only 1 Prince and he's the Sexiest Man in the World and the Coolest. Whomever says something different should just go back to Sleep. | |

sorry people, but i dont think Prince has been "cool" for a very long time... once he could get away with being pretentious and sanctimonious (spellchecker please?) cos he had the music to back his mouth up... now when hes not being bland hes medeiocre. Yes, he can do all the styles mentioned, hes just not very good at them.
At the moment, in my opinion, hes just a nasty,lazy,money grabbing creep... I really hope things will change and he will find his way again... but that wont happen when the fans happily pay out 100 dollars for a concert ticket and another 100 to join his bloody website... | |
